App, in-car & voice: a lasting interaction principle

Challenge

Tasked with an their very first end-to-end user test for Vay’s prototype, we identified a need for a guiding design principle to unify the experience. We expanded our role, from conducting end-to-end user testing to establishing a core design principle. This led to a redesign of the prototype, tested and refined to align with user needs and brand goals.

Outcome

Two years on, our design principle remains central to the user experience of the Vay service, driving consistency, engagement, and scalable growth for Vay.
