Cargobike sharing service gains new partners
Challenge
We supported MaaS organisation fLotte with the overall challenge of digitisation. fLotte rents out over 285 cargo-bikes in Berlin and Brandenburg to its almost 24.000 users while relying
on 500 volunteers for its operations.
When auditing the organisation and their systems,
we identified processes that bear a risk and a chance.
Applying an impact × effort matrix, we quickly decided
to implement a paper-less rental process with our newly developed open source module.
Outcome
A web application that enables paperless fLotte rentals and simplifies internal processes. The new digital system is easy to run, makes renting out effortless for rental partners, and is accessible for those renting the bike.
